2. Limitation of Liability

Divya Home Logistics Packers and Movers shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss or damage caused by natural calamities, accidents, fire, theft, or unforeseen events

  • Delays due to traffic, weather conditions, strikes, or regulatory restrictions

  • Indirect or consequential losses, including business or financial loss

Liability, if applicable, will be limited strictly to the terms agreed upon in writing.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate information about goods and locations

  • Declare valuable, fragile, or high-risk items in advance

  • Ensure proper documentation and permissions (if required)

Failure to do so may result in limited or no liability coverage.

4. Insurance Disclaimer

Transit insurance is optional but strongly recommended.
Divya Home Logistics Packers and Movers shall not be responsible for compensation claims unless insurance coverage is taken and approved as per policy terms.

5. Third-Party Involvement

Some services may be executed through third-party vendors or transport partners.
The company is not directly liable for any act, omission, or negligence of such third parties.

6. Payment Terms

All charges must be cleared as per agreed terms.
Delays in payment may result in service suspension or additional charges.

7. Prohibited Goods

Customers must not include illegal, hazardous, flammable, or restricted items in shipments.
The company will not be responsible for legal consequences arising from such actions.

8. Claims & Disputes

  • Claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where the company operates

9. Changes to Terms

All services are provided based on the details shared by the customer, including pickup location, delivery address, and type of goods.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed only after mutual agreement on pricing and service details

  • Advance payment may be required to secure the booking

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Charges are based on distance, volume of goods, and service type

  • Any additional services may incur extra charges

  • Full or partial payment must be made as agreed before or at delivery

4. Packing & Handling

We use standard packing materials and methods; however, customers must inform us about fragile or valuable items in advance.

5. Transit Time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information

  • Being available during pickup and delivery

  • Not including prohibited or illegal items

7. Insurance (Optional)

Transit insurance is optional but recommended. Without insurance, compensation for loss or damage may be limited.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made in advance

  • Charges may apply depending on timing and work already completed

9. Liability

The company’s liability for loss or damage is limited and subject to agreed terms and conditions.

10. Claims

Any complaints or claims must be reported within 24–48 hours after delivery.
